During my 1-hour walk, I have not taken more than a dozen people.
This is very strange: there are many restaurants and night clubs in this district and some are open around the clock. Sumska, the main street Kharkov, is unusually empty without swarms luxury cars, which can be seen in this poor country more frequently.
But tonight the city is empty and sad.
